Sarah's cook slowly fell apart starting with her ice cream colour, followed by a cracked pearl and ending in a lack of mussel foam. "I don't have the foam to plate George," Sarah said during plating and you could almost hear her screaming the words in her head at judge George Calombaris.

She wasn't the only one to suffer setbacks but judging by the sweat on her brow, she had the most work cut out for her.

Judges Calombaris and Gary Mehigan saw that the pressure of the test may have gotten too much. "We don't underestimate how hard you guys work and how hard you push," Mehigan told Diana.

But Sarah too left something off the plate, and what was more she didn't get her ice cream right.

"I don't know what was more intense: your time in that pressure test or watching you and your intensity – that was immense," said judge Matt Preston to Sarah.

Sarah apologised to chef Quade for her lack of foam in a remarkably respectful speech. "It was hell but it was awesome. I definitely was pushed outside my limits and all I wanted to do was rise to that challenge."

"It has been absolutely unreal. What an awesome ride," she concluded.
