Benjamin Moorhouse probably didn’t expect to be going to jail today – but he’ll spend at least the next six months behind bars. He pleaded guilty to installing cameras and filming people in the public toilets at Parramatta and North Sydney train stations, over a two-month period.The 40-year-old was arrested by police in March, and in September he was given a 20-month custodial sentence for the crimes.A report was ordered to establish if he would be suitable for other options other than jail, including home detention.

The 25-year-old was due to be sentenced by Magistrate Susan McIntyre at Downing Centre Local Court on Wednesday for supplying a small quantity of the drug to ex-teammate Shaun Kenny-Dowall at the Ivy nightclub in the early hours of May 5.
But his solicitor Daniel Grippi told the court Carter is overseas at a rehabilitation centre, a situation Ms McIntyre described as "extraordinary" and "absolutely unacceptable" before ordering an update on January 10.
